Families of Cambridgeshire, may the force be with you this summer! Introducing; Change 4 Life’s Train Like A Jedi! Guidelines suggest children between the ages of 5-15 should be physically active for a minimum of 60 minutes every day. Adults should be physically active for a minimum of 150 minutes a week.
