What personal data do we collect?

The personal data we collect includes contact details, date of birth, gender, postcode, disability, ethnicity, employment status, whether referred, why referred, physical activity levels and objectives.

If you have already provided your data to us we will use this under 'Legitimate Interest', in other words you have already shared your information with us for a reason that has not changed, therefore we can assume you are happy for us to have this data. However if you would like to withdraw this consent please contact us

Why do we collect this data and how will we use it?

We collect this information for a number of reasons including;

- It helps us to deliver the service of supporting people to become more active

- We can evaluate the effectiveness of the programmes and produce reports to measure impact on identified project objectives

Who will we share this with?

This information will only be shared with partner organisations contracted to deliver this service. These include District councils across Cambridgeshire (Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire, South Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire and Fenland), Living Sport and Cambridgeshire County Council.

The data collected will be anonymised before it is shared in any reports that are produced.

Can I withdraw my consent for you to have and use my data and/or request for my data to be deleted?
