Families of Cambridgeshire, may the force be with you this summer! Introducing; Change 4 Life’s Train Like A Jedi!



Guidelines suggest children between the ages of 5-15 should be physically active for a minimum of 60 minutes every day. Adults should be physically active for a minimum of 150 minutes a week. Why not combine the two and get active as a family whilst having lots of fun?!


Ideal for family fun throughout the holidays, Train Like A Jedi teaches you all the skills and moves to become a Jedi so you can help the resistance fight back!


With new weekly videos and activity games to play which will hone your Jedi skills throughout the summer. You can complete these at home with simple everyday household items and are ideal for the whole family to get involved.
